About your delivery address

Once you’ve added your cleaning supplies, equipment, cleaning materials and other products to your cart,  proceed to Checkout, carefully complete your details in the fields provided, and enter your chosen delivery address where you’d like us to drop off your goods.

Place your order and sit back and relax while we ready your order for delivery.
Changing your delivery address after placing an order is unfortunately not always possible. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

About delivery time frames

Delivery timeframes depend on where in South Africa you are based. Deliveries typically take 3 to 5 working days. Deliveries take place on weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00.

About delivery fees

Customers enjoy free delivery for orders over R500,00 in the Western Cape, and orders over R1000,00 anywhere in South Africa.

Terms and Conditions

  • The delivery service is available for paid orders only.
  • Delivery is only available to orders for delivery within South Africa.
  • Free delivery applies to orders of R500.00 or more for delivery in the Western Cape, and orders over R1000.00 for delivery anywhere else in South Africa.
  • Delivery for orders under R500.00 in the Western Cape, or under R1000.00 anywhere else in South Africa will be charged at a flat rate of R150.00. The delivery fee will automatically be added to your shopping cart, allowing you an opportunity to review your order or keep shopping before proceeding to checkout.
  • We reserve the right to review and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest terms and conditions will always be easily accessible from our website.

Can I track my order?

While we work with third-party courier facilities, we are unfortunately unable to provide tracking services. If you’d like an update, we are happy to help. Can I change my address?

We can certainly assist, however, please note that an additional courier fee may apply to orders already in transit.
What happens if I missed my delivery?
If you missed your delivery, one reattempt will be arranged at no cost to you. Should the reattempt be missed, a delivery fee will unfortunately be levied.
Can I reschedule my delivery?

We are happy to reschedule your order. Please note that an additional courier fee may apply to orders already in transit.

Can I add more items to my order?

Please contact us for assistance should you wish to add more items to your order.
Will you phone me when you’re nearby?

While we can provide you with an estimated date and timeframe, it is unfortunately not always possible for the courier service to make contact with you when they are nearby.

What happens if I receive an incorrect order or if I’m missing an item?

If you received an incorrect order or if you are missing an item, please notify is within seven days after receiving your order.

Can I return an item?

Our returns policy is in line with the provisions made in the Consumer Protection Act. Please contact us if you’d like to return or exchange a product. Returns can be requested within 30 days after receiving your order.
