Refund and Returns Policy (South Africa)

We are committed to complying with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), 2008 of South Africa and ensuring that our customers are treated fairly.

  1. Returns

You are entitled to return goods within 7 days of receiving them, provided that:

  • The goods are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • The return is due to one of the following:
    • You changed your mind (cooling-off period for online sales).
    • The product is defective, unsafe, or not as described.
    • The goods do not meet the purpose they were sold for.

Note: Certain goods cannot be returned unless they are defective, including:

  • Perishable items.
  • Personalised/custom-made items.
  • Products that are unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  1. Refunds

If a return is approved, you may choose between:

  • A refund,
  • A replacement, or
  • A store credit.

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment and may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

  1. Faulty or Defective Goods

If your product is faulty, damaged, or not fit for purpose, you may return it within 6 months of purchase. We will assess the item and offer one of the following:

  • A repair,
  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund, depending on the circumstances.

This does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
